Columbia Weekend, Columbia College Chicago, Annually 2013 - 2020

Columbia Weekend unites families and students with faculty and staff through a 2-day event. Kick-off includes performances, gallery openings, concerts and activities. Programming consisted of faculty presentations, themed receptions and hands-on Maker Sessions to provide insight into the creative process .

Part of leadership team to develop overall event programming.
Recruit faculty for departmental presentations and develop interactive Maker Sessions with faculty, staff and student partners.
Oversee all event logistics. Point-of-contact for vendors, contractors, student performers and participants.
Hire and supervise production staff and performers. Develop project evaluation.
